Margot is only in-network with commercial Aetna, Cigna, Ohio Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Optum insurances (United Healthcare, United Medical Resources, Oscar, and Oxford). Any other insurances are out-of-network. A superbill can be provided for out-of-network insurance reimbursement if you have these benefits (except for those with Medicaid and/or Medicare).
