I specialize in working with individual adults and couples to learn new tools and gain new perspectives to take control of their lives. I have training in specialized therapies like Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and skills of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you reach your goals. If you are open to trying new things and putting in the work, I would love to help!
